I agree with Rick that there are so many ads, it's hard to appreciate that the info is quality and not throwaway. You might want to reconsider your emphasis, to instead showcase your writing/advice.

Hi. Nice looking site. It's difficult to see your title and tag line against the white clouds. Blogs are looking fine but I must say that overall there are a lot of ads, I clicked away from them fairly quick. Not sure if you're getting much traffic but the focus seems to be on the ads.
