First Impressons.

It's been couple of days since I've registered at WA. I can't say that I had no experience in internet based business - I've been doing some other things for almost a year now, but I to be honest - I've never seen anything like WA. First of all, I can't even think of it as a place where you go to work. It's more like a community of very special people - each time you log in there's someone saying hi or liking your new blog..or sharing business ideas - such things seldom happen in other websites, where there is no team work and that famous "All for one - one for all" principle. It's more like "every man for himself". That's exactly why they fail sooner or later. We are social beings and that's where our real strength is.

As I mentioned in my first blog, I recently quit my retail banking job and decided to become my own boss. I think I'm old enough not to have to put up with constantly being told what to do, how to do it and when to do it. I like to do things in my own way, in my own pace and take responsibility for what I've done. That's why I like WA - you can take your time and think, learn, go away and come back whenever you want.

I like the diversity of things you can do here, there are many ways to start, so many that I am not really sure where to start from. I mean - yes, I know - the most important thing would be to chose my niche and build my website. At first I thought it would be easier to choose a niche but it turned out to be pretty difficult. When I ask myself what is it that I'd like to do, what are my interests - nothing serious comes to my mind. But I'm sure most of you felt the same when you first came here, so it's a bit of a relief, really.

What am I really good at? Hmmmm...I am good at working with people, as a team member, I am very patient and I don't mind repeating the same thing many times but in different ways so that other person can understand. I do like taking photos, but there's still so much to learn about photography. I like to travel, meet new people and learn new customs, exchange ideas. I like to write - you already know that, don't you? It's rather obvious...haha! My interests are mostly of spiritual nature so I am not sure if they have anything of that on Amazon...hahah...if any of those can be bought, wrapped up and shipped...

I'm a great day dreamer but I know I need to wake up now to make my living, since there's no more fixed monthly salary - I have to make my earnings...in my native language there's a distinctive difference between earnings and salary.

So, dear friends, if you have any ideas for my choosing a niche - please share them with me! I'd be very thankful and in return I can always help anybody with writing about anything - I was always very good at expressing myself and had my way with words.

I hope this is just a beginning of a great new experience!
