Thoughts on the Video Marketing Niche
As some of you are aware, I work on my websites, though I’ve been focussing more on building my youtube channels. (check my bio). Here are a few thoughts I’ve gathered along the way
- Start with the video type you like ; namely animation, live recording, tutorials etc. and expand/improve as time goes on;
- Use the tools you have as a start, and get some more later;
- Learn about video types that appeal to you and use them for your videos. You can use the help of professionals if you so desire.
Some traits needed with this method of marketing, as with other forms of online marketing are:
- Knowledge, and
- Strategy
These two when implemented gives you an edge to succeed.
Hope you find this helpful.

I have been dabbling in video marketing. It is difficult to do original content because shooting the video is as hard or harder than whatever one is filming. I keep at it but it is work.

A lot of work @drjec. I took the 'easier' path and I'm now trying to branch into the complex ones. Doing it oneself gradually teaches you the ropes. One day it will become a breeze for all of us!
Video is definitely the way to go, and I will soon be pursuing this once again as time permits, Irene!

Very helpful, indeed..
Focus on one, not all at once...( my mantra...grin).
Thanks!

True Rudy. It’s not possible to learn all at once; our preference always comes first.
