Can you please tell me why when in site manager on my profile IanTay15 and I click on site support it takes me to a profile for IanTaylor1 which I know nothing about. ? I have

Per your message, I would understand that you never had that WA account before, right? but on the other hand, you say you are receiving messages in your Yahoo account regarding IanTaylor1 (and the other profile) that is related to WA. Check here what the email address is and confirm if that is your email address for your right WA account. If this doesn’t resolve your issue, contact WA support.

Do not know how, but it may be because I misnamed my site when creating my site domain email. The site is dogs and toys, and should be toys for dogs.
Hi Ian, I take it that it is a Site Rubix site.
- websites
- site manager.
- select the site.
- select " Details "
- scroll down to the bottom of the page.
- select " Delete Website ".
All good.
Just a thought have you thought about hanging onto it and using it as a test site. Ideal to try things out plugins, themes, etc

On trying to put my website onto my Domain, I somehow managed to put a new build on the domain instead. How do I remove the incorrect site and replace it with my correct site?<
Hi Ian, this is an easy one.
You can just "Move" the correct website to the domain and you will then be prompted to confirm that you wish to delete any existing website on that domain. When you click YES, the incorrect site will be deleted and the correct one installed :)
