On my new website, under settings, general, there is no WordPress Address (URL), or URL address. On Kyle's video he leaves instructions never to delete either one of these addresse

You shouldn't be concerned about this, just keep going. It just happens that WA decided to use WordPress for it's websites, but everything stays at WA.
