A Sincere Thank You to Site Support
I just wanted to express my gratitude and give a shout out to our site support team here at WA.
I have been literally losing my mind about my sitemap on my 2nd website.
I made a sitemap for my first site perfectly fine, and when I made the one for my second site for some dumb reason it was empty. I kept trying to fix it uninstalling the site map plugin, using a different plugin, started messing with the settings on the plugins. Thinking the whole time like I don't remember doing any of this for my first site.
Well after about a week of messing around with it on and off between writing content and doing other things, I finally thought about site support.
Contacted site support, and wrote to them about my problem.
Walked down stairs to get my food out of the oven, walk back up stairs (literally like 5 minutes)
Site support had already sent me a private message back and let me know they made a new sitemap for me and the url for it.
AND THE SITEMAP WORKED,
Whats the lesson here?
Contact Site Support if you have any technical inssues.

Glad to see Site Support getting the recognition they deserve! I've called upon them twice, with response times comparable with yours. And both times it was between 1am and 3am! Gotta love support like that!

It is truly a good feeling to know that they are on top of it like that. Just in case there is a time when your website is seriously down and you need help at odd times of the day.

It was my first time using and I am truly impressed.
I can be quite a stubborn one and try to fix everything myself because quite honestly tech support for many companies are not as helpful as WA's Site Support.
You do have a point some tech support is not very helpful but WA I can't say enough about our site support team they are great I have used site support many times and they are a big help and they fixed the problems right away.
