After 32 years of neglect I finally decided to get in shape. I've been going to the gym since January and in that time I've learned quite a bit about nutrition and exercise. I'm thinking about starting a fitness blog where I can share the things I've learned and chart my progress from flabby 30-something to chiselled Adonis (I did say progress, I'm not there yet!). I've just checked available domains for a couple of ideas, I could have
But I'm not 100% sold on either of those. So I'm looking for suggestions. If you was a 33 year old that had a new interest in exercise, what would you call your blog?
