My website was indexed in Google. Don't know why.
I'm not really sure why this hapened. I owned a domain at GoDaddy and transfered it to WA where it could be managed going forward and where the site could be hosted by WA. I had built a website that was very old and hosted elsewhere and I decided to move the domain and hosting to WA. That's all I did. I ditched the old content, not even wanting to save the files, and It doesn't yet have any content. Why would Google index this site? Makes no sense to me.

If it was an old domain with content on it at one time that you moved here, it was being indexed before at the old hosting site. Just because you moved it to a new host site doesn't mean that Google is going to stop checking it for content updates or changes - Makes sense this would happen. So if you removed all the old content and have a blank website, google indexed it and now knows your changed/removed content.
