What Should My Next Steps Be In Addition To Content?
Dear WA family,
I have made amazing progress but could use some help as I move into the future...
I have completed the affiliate marketing certification program! All of the lessons were great and I now have an amazing site that I am proud of with a large amount of content.
My posts are being indexed quickly and it looks great! However, I am not getting the traffic that I desire and I have not gotten any revenue through my reviews or affiliate links.
What should my next steps be in addition to creating more content? I want to become a helping online authority and make my site an actual business at the same time. I am still eager for that first sale and the feeling that it will bring.
I have heard of many things such as email lists, funnels, and landing pages. I do not know where to start or what to do for my next steps so that I can gain more traffic and make some revenue!
Any suggestions or help will be greatly appreciated!

I would definitely start with an email list. No matter what you do an email list is so important as its more chances to make a sale. An e-book or a course are also fantastic, if you offer a free e-book and use this to get peoples emails then people read your ebook and you can then sell them your course. Often e-books are the first part of someones course. for example lets say your niche is dogs so you write a course "how to train a new pup"
you will cover
1. Toilet training your dog
2. teaching your dog to walk on a leash
3.Teach your dog to sit
4. kjrvwvn
5. kjer vkwj
6. kjafvnjklw and so on
Offer toilet training and teaching your dog to walk for free, if your content if good and it works, when your reader gets an email "Buy the rest of How to train your pup 50% off TODAY ONLY"
$$$
Courses are great because you can charge what ever you like and also consider turning your course into an affiliate program and get other smaller sites to advertise for you.
Hope that all made sense good luck
Thank you so much for the prompt reply! I greatly appreciate your help and the time you put into giving me a full explanation!!! You rock!

I agree. If you've finished certification you're probably starting to get traffic.
You might as well use this traffic to build up your email list.
Now is also a good time to give yourself a new schedule and goals; e.g how many posts a week, how many words per post.
You could go back over the training and see if you've missed anything.
Give yourself a goal for the end of next month and make it your aim to achieve that; that should give you enough to do each day.
