If Only Some Referrals Realised Their Potential
Sometimes I can get a referral, and I immediately know they have great potential to do well here at WA.
Despite their obvious talent however, sometimes they still decide to give up their dream of making it in the online world.
A young woman not too long ago signed up under my referral code. She chose what I thought was a great niche, and she proceeded to build her website.
Before long she had had written about 4 really good articles. Her content was clearly written using her own unique voice, and she had an obvious passion for, and knowledge of the niche.
It really surprised me however when, after just one month of premium membership, she didn’t renew for a further month.
Like I said, her writing was awesome, and If im being honest, it probably took me about a year before I was able to write content on my website that was as good as she wrote right from the word go. And, if I’m being more honest, it probably took me about 18 months to get my website as professional looking as hers was from the start.
In my opinion, despite just starting out, I thought she was destined to become a success story here at WA.
It could have been her young age, or it could have been a lack of belief, or simply that she didn’t have the patience to see it through. I can’t of course rule out that she just didn’t have the cash available for membership.
Whatever the reason, I was left feeling that it was such a shame that her and website never realised their full potential.
As someone who promotes WA, I try of course to encourage referrals to join, not simply for commission, but because I know what a great opportunity this platform is. But despite my best efforts, sometimes you just know that someone is missing out on doing something they could be really good at. When that happens you genuinely feel disappointed for them. Losing your commission is only a secondary concern.
Has anyone else experienced this? Would love to hear about it.

Don't worry, Ray! You and I both will land a permanent premium referral sooner or later!

Hi Ray. Maybe one day she will pick up where she has left off.
