Quick personal post - back from holiday
Hey, all.
This is a super quick hello, as I re-enter the WA world after a nice time "on holiday," as most of the world says. (Sounds nicer, somehow, than our American word, "vacation.")
Family and grilling steaks, the frequent raven
My wife and two youngest sons traveled from south central Texas to Ruidoso, New Mexico, to see my oldest son, who moved there a couple months ago. We rented a house up in the mountains.
It was glorious.
Lots of fun with the boys -- grilling, playing pool (like billiards for those of you outside the States), time in the jacuzzi, and I became fascinated with watching and listening to the many ravens in the area.
As many of you know, they play a part in the culture of many Native American peoples.
Glad to be "back"?
Sure.
But if I could travel ALL the time and write about it, I would.
So that's my aim!
Cheers,
Howard

Ah, Howard, therein lies the problem, my friend! Hey, keep relaxing and start again fresh on Monday! It is, after all, a weekend!

WOW! A rented house in the mountains sounds so fun!
Sounds like you like to travel. Do you by any chance have a travel niche?
Welcome back!
Thanks, George.
And, yes, I'm trying to tweak two travel-related niche sites. One is a straight niche site like we're taught using the OEC training.
The other is a "how to make money writing online" site where I focus on how to become a travel blogger, for instance. It's getting click-throughs, but no referrals yet.
I may still need to pivot from these, but still homing in on the key content of each.
