Google search console.
Google adds new sites to they're index, and updates existing ones, every time they crawl the web. If you have a new URL, tell them about it . They don't add all submitted URLs to they're index, and They can't make predictions or guarantees about when or if submitted URLs will appear in They're index.
Inclusion in Google Search results is free and easy; you usually don't even need to do anything except post it on the web. To see if your pages are already indexed, search for your site in Google Search with a query like in they're search engine, and if you are Indexed you will see your website in the listings below,
There are a number of other things you can do with Google Analystics and Google webmaster tools so when you are there poke around and you will be guided through some things that just may help you out, that's what I did so I thought I would share that with you all , being the type of guy I am I like to share with the world, until next time , have a blessed day all...

I cannot for the life of me add Google Analytics, and without it, I can't verify ownership of my site. Therefore nothing..traffic....clicks...nothing is happening with my site. Kinda like I am dead in the water!!

Did you follow all the steps correctly. I had to do it twice because the first time I did it wrong. It's very easy to do. So I went back to the lesson that was given on Google analysis and did it step by step with the lesson. And it worked out nicely .

This method will not work either. I've tried it over 25 times. I don't know what is going on, but I am ready to quit. I have had this problem for 3 days now, and site support is no help.
