Update On New Theme

Hello everyone,

The new theme is coming right along. There is a learning curve to the Divi theme that is still ongoing with me but I am learning more and more. I think in a few months, I might be able to build a website for a very small business client.

Divi is really an interesting theme. So far, I haven't had any problems between the theme and WA's hosting. So far So good there.

I'm impressed by the help that's available not only from Elegant Themes (I'm not an affiliate yet) but also from members here on WA and a bunch of Facebook groups.

I had a logo designed for $5 on that website and it looks quite decent. If you want to check it out, my site is on my profile page. I'm trying to learn how to get the size of my images down, so that I can fit them on the page the way that I want.

I have to remember the main thig in building a website. Learning about this new theme is all great and fun but for my site to move up and become anything, I need to keep at the business of building out my site. I'm on Phase 2 lesson 9 of the boot-camp. I need to write a review of something as instructed and get to lesson 10 baby!

That's it for now. Some things don't change. KEEP ADDING CONTENT! That's advice for all of us.

I will keep you posted, especially if/when I earn that first dollar on my site. I'm also wishing you all much success in your learning and building!
