Hi, nice to meet you. I have some suggestions you can consider.
1) Change the top banner to be something about Tutrles. It looks a bit like a tech site. Even though it's a video blog, I think some immediate turtle-ness would let people know they are in the right place.
2) Remove adsense. I know it's tempting to have ads on your blog, but I think your goal at this point should be to get people to read, come back, and buy specific things you are promoting. Adsense is just going to give someone else a commission, and you'll make a few pennies.
3) Put some interesting links to pages in the top menu. I'm sure this can be done via custom menus in your theme. Right now it's blank, so people have to scroll down to see what you offer. Most people don't have an attention span that long!
4) Video is awesome, and it's great that your video features prominently in each blog post. I think it's a good idea to flip your phone to the site (landscape) so that the picture fills the video player, rather than having 'vertical iPhone syndrome'. :)
I hope these tips help! This is the first turtle site I've ever seen, so it could be a really cool niche to be in. Let me know if you have any other questions, I'm happy to help.

Hi Nathaniell, thanks for the feedback, I'll get right on with your suggestion. You get so much information saying do this, don't this, but it is really great to get advice from people who do this stuff all the time, thanks again
