The Wonderful Things About Going Back to College... I went back to college at the age of 60 and WOW! What a great experience... I learned how to stay up half the night drinking coffee to get me thru, I learned ALOT of brand new word, and how to spell them. And how about them basic math problems? Yep... I learned them too, I think... lolThe most valuable thing that I think I've learned is discipline, the toughest and most wonderful thing of all. Now I understand that we can learn discipline from a lot of different places, but I don't think there is any place like online schooling to teach you the real meaning of the word.Now I know that for those of you that have paid you college dues, you know all about this, but I started my college career, in the year 2000 and finished in 2019, because I kept taking so many subjects that did not apply to my degree.I never took a liter load it was always full and overwhelming, but rewarding. I majored in psychology and I love it.Aside from being difficult, the great things are you end up with a degree in something you love, you meet a lot of nice people, you classmates... you learn stamina, you so much smarter, and it's likely you'll know the word when someone throws a big one at you, and that is always a good feeling.
