Get more energy for your work - Three things you can do immediately

This was actually intended to be my first blog post here.
To give some value. But now it's out second. But still was drafted before the other one.

Hope this will help you thriving even more.

3 Things you can do Immediately - Get more Energy at your Work.

When you're working on your business sometimes you feel that you will be lacking energy.
You might be still motivated but your body says: Take a break.
Well, you might not really understand. Because you eat healthy and everything. Could there something be missing?

If you happen to stumble across this very problem consider the following things:

- Shut off your inner dialog.

Is your auditive inner dialog running like crazy? This inner chatterbox that is talking all the time. It's a proven fact that this can drain 30% from your energy.
As a child we only used our mind actively when needed. Otherwise we've been in the state of NOT THINKING.
To think all the time is not the natural thing to do.

But the thing is: How to stop it without burning a lot of resources or waste time?
There are some easy ways to do so.

1.) Just do this:

Ask yourself:

What will be my next thought?

Then wait. Do not force any thoughts.
Normally this should make your brain stop thinking for some moments.

2.) Another alternative is to just breath in and hold your breath for some seconds.
Then breath out again. And concentrating on your breathing. This is just what everyone would do in meditation.

3.) You might just be sitting down doing nothing at all.
Not thinking. Not meditating. Not paying attention to your breathing. Just being.
Make sure you have no phone with you.
This will activate your superconscious mind in the long run.

4.) This one some of you might be only doing at home.
Hold your hands above eye level. Better: Above top of your head level.
Imagine you're holding a big sphere of glass. So you know about the posture.

Because everyone can see what you're doing this is more the type of an exercise one might be trying at home.

- When getting up

When you're getting up in the morning make sure to drink at least 4 glasses of water before doing anything else. You could compare this to an engine of an expensive car giving it the best gasoline available.

This will do a lot of things to your skin, health and emotional state in general. It's the easiest thing I've stumbled across and never even had the idea of doing it until I watched some Asians when being in Vietnam.

- Sharing

When talking to people, we often try to convince them to believe something we're telling them.
But we talk AT them and try to push them to being convinced.

Relax and just share. As if you would talk to a friend and you know this friend would believe you anyway.
