Unblock JavaScript & CSS for Googlebots
I was checking my webmaster tools today using the fetch and render and found errors and that googlebot was blocked on some of my pages.. I also found out that the site was not working correctly on the mobile--then I found:
Googlebot couldn't get all resources for this page. Here's a list:
And the list contained my site URL with wp-includes query, emoji, embed and so on....
It had several of them on some of my pages and it said that they were blocked.
What I have found out and I wanted to share: (Not sure if anyone else is having this problem or has had this problem)

Most probably already know this, but I wanted to share because it seemed to be causing major problems. I had several entries in my robots.txt files that were disabled. I went to yoast SEO, then tools, then file editor and edited it. I now have nothing disabled. Please let me know if anyone has any comments or other input on this as I am open and will see how it works.

Thank you! I just found out the same thing. I had a significant drop in URL's not being indexed to i further investigated and found this situation. I hope to correct it asap!
