Notice that #1 is of course Fear of Failure. I published a book a while back addressing the fact that failure is nothing more than a state of mind.
You can simply not fail at anything if you have learned from the perceived failure.
So let's take a quick look at the definition of the Acronym FEAR

When we percieve something as real, then in our mind it is real. Just as real as real can be. But if we look at the possibility of failure in the way of Thomas Edison who one stated after failing at over 10,000 experiments while developping the filament for the incandescent light bulb, "I have not failed. I've just found 10,000 ways that won't work." Edison had not failed although a lesser man may have given up, bur he persevered until his ultimate success led him to being credited with what many consider to be his most noteworthy invention.
So you need to make some decisions in your life, you can succomb to the fear of failure, or you can look failure straight in the eye and say, I refuse to allow you to beat and defeat me. You can succeed in any area of your life simply by refusing to fail. Take the word 'failure' out of your vocabulary and see what happens in your life.

Yes, I have a fear of failure. And also a fear of nothing happen. I also afraid that my life not changing at all even though I keep doing something that might change my life.
Fear of failure is of course at the top of the list, and rightfully so. But to combat that fear we must simply change our perception of what failure is.
As a young man as I prepared to enter University, I had bought a new Collegiate Dictionary. As I sat at my kitchen table with the dictionary and a razor knife in hand my mother walked into the room and asked me what I was doing as I was carefully removing the words failure and impossible from my dictionary with the razor.
I told her I was eliminating the two words from my vocabulary because I did not believe that if I tried to do something and did not succeed, but in the process learned something that I had in fact not failed until I gave up. And that with persistence and
the determination that I could make the impossible possible.
As long as you are breathing something is happening, that is the wonder of life. Each and every day is a gift, a miracle it is only by our own actions that we change our circumstances, but we must plan out our steps carefully. And if we don't get the desired results then we must simply try another approach, but as long as we have a desire and refuse to give up then we will eventually succeed.
The fact that you are here in a community like Wealthy Affiliate is a step in the right direction. But the process takes time, as the old expression goes Rome was not built in a day, so don't fret the small stuff, and what you will find out is it is all small stuff.
