Mindset is a very important key to success. You must have the winning thoughts in your mind. You KNOW you can do it. Write it down 100 times if you have to. Everyday!
Make those GOALS and DO them in a set time frame. Don't let yourself give excuses one after another to WHY you can or cannot do something. A BIG NO NO.
In other words, if you "assume" it might take you a year to save up for a special vacation or maybe you need $5k for something important coming up - cut it by half. If it takes a year, do it in 6 months. If it's 6 months, do it in 3 months.
Note: I said "do it" not "try to do it". :)
Get your mind, body, and spirit in harmony, in tune...
