I Sold a Website on Christmas Eve Day! THANK YOU, SANTA!

THE START OF SOMETHING GREAT!

A client of mine came over to my home the day before Christmas to purchase the newly revised website that I designed for him. We both signed the Contract I drew up and went over the Purchase Agreement. Then, he wrote me a check for $250, with a Monthly Hosting fee of $50 to be paid on the 24th of each month hereafter! I guess I can say Christmas came a day early for me!

CHRISTMAS MIRACLES DO EXIST!

It just goes to show you that miracles do happen, especially when you have Faith and Believe! This is the last website I have transferred over from my old web center to here, redesigning all my previous sites at Wealthy Affiliate! Plus, in just 1 day, the traffic rose to 50 on it! The one I finished a few weeks ago already gets over 800 visitors a week! Many of their customers have come to them saying how much they love the new website. This has increased their exposure and has brought many more customers to their restaurant!

I've been designing for over 25 years now and have it down to a technique. I study each business I design for and actually learn their business so I know what to write. After gathering all the information, I meet with the owner, write the content, take the photos, do some extras like slide shows and photo galleries, and draw up the Contract and Purchase Agreement. Developing trust is key, too! I also design a logo for each.

For websites I design from scratch, I charge anywhere from $650 - $9500, depending on the extent of the site.
