ANOTHER WEB APPOINTMENT AT NOON TOMORROW!
I think that it is so easy selling websites here because there's so many tools and services to offer a client! The Themes alone are top-of-the-line and offer endless opportunities to show and share expertise. The plugins define a site with extras to make it interesting and productive. The SiteRubix platform allows access to free domains with the option to purchase professional ones. Plus, it adds the capability to manage them all in one place!
PERFECT TIMING!
My client's current domain name just expired last week. It couldn't have been any better timing, because now I will have him purchase it here, and I won't have to transfer it over from his old site! I love how things always seem to work out like that!
Offering the vast services within the SiteRubix platform to my client tomorrow will make it an excitable experience, coupled with my enthusiasm for what I'm offering! It will definitely be a WIN-WIN deal and a huge improvement from his last one. Plus, this site is for another Indian Restaurant, and I always get free food! LOL.(Indian food is my fav!)
THE DESIGN EXPERIENCE.
Designing a website within these walls is a very fun experience, and one of great learning. Making it an adventure draws so much creativity and spark to my time.
25 YEARS AND COUNTING!
Even creating sites for over 25 years now, I still learn a wealth of information with each one---as the ways of the net are always changing, advancing and improving. Not to mention that every site I design is completely different from the last---with all the diverse lines of work I've researched!
SALE #2.
This is my second sale this week. Selling two sites in one week means that I will have to step up my game. Besides working on my personal sites, I am now also designing 3 for clients. Plus, I will be adding yet another client site to the list next week, as I redesign the last site of my sites that I've moved over to WA from my old web center. I have already drawn up all but one Contract and Purchase Agreement, which took up a good chunk of my day. It's all great, though!
WORK LOAD-SPEEDING UP AT A RAPID PACE.
As work piles up to a never-ending pace, I find my job as a web designer very rewarding. Helping others put together a new business or enhance their current one is always quite satisfying. Here's looking at future endeavors!

Hi, I am not sure I understand how you do this. Do you design a website here at WA and then sell it to a client? And if you do, are you maintaining it for them, I assume for a cost? Thanks, johnny

Yes, you will create your website and learn WordPress. You're not selling your site, you are going to develop your business here with lots of help and mentoring.
The costs include everything you need to reach your goals.
No rush and read carefully everything you can here, step by step, follow the emails and tasks. Don't miss it!

I cannot stress the importance of going through the courses. I have to admit I got so wrapped up with all the neat things I learn on the blogs and comments that I've lagged on the course!
I like your enthusiasm and would say that I agree with your sentiments here about website creation, because as you will know yourself, so many websites are poorly constructed and specifically by agencies who are not providing value at all
Like you I picked up a new client yesterday, who only spoke to me briefly for about 5 minutes, but as you yourself know, when questinos are answered knowing we have the full back up of the tools here, it makes the 'selling' well easy!
