THE VIDEO GAME EPIDEMIC.

I used to play Super Mario years ago, for hours and hours---really becoming the character who was clobbering turtles and rescuing the Princess. Well, I was actually the Princess most of the time! LOL. But, the point is, that I was deep within my imagination, contemplating all sorts of things to entertain my soul.

THINK BACK TO YOUNGER DAYS.

Remember when you were a kid and had a keen imagination? Well, it never really goes away! Only, it is more likely referred to as creativity as we grow older. However, what one imagines can bring out all kinds of possibilities, especially when working within this platform.

WHAT IS IN OUR STOREHOUSE?

We still have all that imagination stored up within us. The thoughts and dreams, the wild notions, the complex, yet subtle, inclinations of what we desire. Back then, imagery was all around us to keep us occupied. There were cartoons, plays, games, toys, etc., all feeding our fancy. None of it was real, but it certainly fed our brains with constant fuel!

ACT LIKE A CHILD AGAIN!

We all have a distinct tendency to stay within our comfort range. However, with all the past knowledge of intrigue and imagination, why not reach out one step beyond? Gather your most creative thoughts and write some expressive content. We all have it in us---from childhood---to do so!

EXPRESS YOURSELF WITH ALL THAT IS WITHIN YOU!

BECOME A KID AGAIN AND BRING OUT YOUR IMAGINATION!

All that will propel great interest with those hungry on the internet for some out-of-the-ordinary excitement----drawing themselves to your brainstorming imagination!

true to be that kid again!!

Yes nice to think about, Lynn! Those were the days!

Yes! Thanks.

My pleasure, Donald!

We most certainly need to express our imagination and creativity
more regularly. "Out of the mouth of babies comes all sorts of ideas."

I love that, Louisa! So true!

Erin thank you!

My pleasure, Louisa!! xoxo

Erin
Great post! One analogy I always fall back on. Their are 34 teams in the NFL they are all professional athletes . But their is only one winner. Why? It's the coach that figured out how to get all those premadonna athletes to play the same way . Everybody has something to offer , the key is how do you get it out of them. That be you , you go girl , sickum, ya who, wow, yeee ha.
thank you Doug

OMGosh, Doug! I love that story and analogy!!! Awesome!!! Thanks for your kind words. :)!

Let your imagination run wild

Absolutely, Gary!

Great post Erin! Food for thought.

Yes, eat it right up, Kim! lol

I can feel your excitement, Erin. I, too, have a vivid imagination that I let loose with my fairy garden. Will miss that, but there's always my writing!

Yes, I love to conjure up all kinds of heartfelt memories through my writing! Nice comment, Carol! :)!

Thanks, Erin. Your post reminds me of something my best friend and I did as kids. My parents had a large garden, and I enjoyed shelling the peas. One day my mother was getting ready to freeze the peas, and Claudia and I were shelling them for her. We were princesses, and the peas were our emeralds!

That was back in the day before all of the Disney princesses, and purely our imaginations!

We were also witches and made "witches brew" from rotten tomatoes we harvested from the garden and "cooked" in my brother's "No Girls Allowed" club house!

Ah, precious memories!

Carol

Thanks for sharing your special childhood memories, Carol. I surely have some goodies, as well! Great times!

Erin :)!

Yes. Times were slower and easier back then, I think.

For sure! xoxo

Smiles

More clever thoughts.

Thanks kindly, Stuart!

As always you are most welcome.

Another great motivating post Erin.
