Be a Vessel for Those in Need
WHAT IS A VESSEL? THERE ARE SEVERAL MEANINGS.
The common definition of the word vessel is--a container to hold liquid. It is a solid tool that carries its substance.
A vessel is also a boat or ship, such as a fishing vessel, used to carry people and protect them from the elements. A vessel protects during stormy weather.
IN REGARD TO ANATOMY.
In regard to anatomy, a vessel is a duct or canal holding or carrying blood and fluid through the body. (a blood vessel)
IN REFERENCE TO BOTANY.

IN RELATION TO HUMANS.
We are also vessels---used to embody and be an expression of guidance and help to others, most importantly during the storms of life. In a world that is surrounded with chaos and conflict, we should be vessels to assist those who need a helping hand---a guiding light on a mission.
- Doing this often comes from an idea, a feeling or a sudden surge of kindness.
Looking back on all the definitions of this impactful word, we see that it centers around certain actions:
- to hold
- to carry
- to transport
- to protect
- to serve
All these things surround the word vessel.
HOW DOES BEING A VESSEL ASSOCIATE TO OUR BUSINESS?
In relation to our businesses, we can also be vessels to provide the needs that people are so desperately searching for. We can allow solutions to challenges, problems, needs or wants.
Our websites should include other people's passions, as well as our own! Content should be written with heart and sensability. When someone lands on your page, make them feel welcome and provide a "shiny penny" that will draw their attention in a concerned way. Send them to CTA (call to action) pages, which will allow them to make a bold decision in their best interest.
Be a vessel to your audience. Be someone that will have a lasting impression. Be kind and sincere...
BE A VESSEL.

Good Morning Erin,
You explain the word vessel so well in your post.
We gather so many experiences during life, we truly are a vessel.
Then we should share with others and hopefully be invited by them to share their experiences and knowledge, life can be amazing
Greetings from the south of Spain, Taetske.

Great inspirational piece Erin. Thanks for sharing. "By watering others, we water ourselves", so I've heard.

I LOVE that, Joe! Yes, I most definitely like to water both! Thanks for dropping in again! Your visits are always so beneficial to me!

Thank you for your excellent blog post Erin. I believe that we all need to be vessels and help those around us, whether it be in business or helping the elderly person living alone down the road!
In other words, I want to be a vessel that is used in a good way and I'm sure you do too!
Enjoy your day Erin.

A vessel can also be a human being who's might be used by a spirit being to do, either good or bad.
For instense, I'm a vessel as a Pastor that the Lord God uses to bless other people's lives. I've lost count of people God has supernaturally healed of HIV, CANCER, TUMORS, DEMONIC POSSESSIONS, AND MANY MORE.
That you for such an interesting subject Erin.
God bless you!
Hi Boaz! Yes, being a vessel as you spoke of was my main intention for this post. But, I couldn't actually say that because of the rules. I, too, am a Minister, and a vessel to do good in the world according to His command. Your healing ministry is amazing! Thanks for your wonderful reply!
