A word of advice about adding affiliates

I just came across some valuable information to know when adding affiliates to your website.
DON'T ADD THEM TOO EARLY!
Wait until your site is structured with content, photos, menus, blogs, etc. It should also be getting a good amount of traffic on it, too.

If you add the affiliates too early, they may reject your application, or you could lose your account due to lack of sales.
Develop your site first and get a few hundred visitors or so in a given week. Then, when you add the affiliates, chances are that you will get some sales and adhere to the sales status rules.
READ UP!
Make sure you read the Rules and Regulations thoroughly before applying. There is so many glitches in contracts that can immediately expel you if you don't abide by any part of the terms.
I just tell you this to save you from wasted time, as my account was twice deleted from Amazon, and I don't even know why! I had hundreds of links on all 3 of my affiliate sites! They simply just bumped me off--and I was making a good deal of sales!
