10 daily tasks

Firstly I would like to start by saying I hope that this message finds you all happy and healthy :-)

I believe that we live in a world that is so fast paced that we sometimes forget where it is that we intend to go and get lost on the path.....

So my suggestion is Have your Top 10 most important priorities as set out in my first blog, keep this with you when think of the Top 10 things to do today list. These can be prioritised, however as they should all be completed at the end of the day the priority should not matter, however you may also choose to only prioritise 5 things in that day or maybe more however as time progresses you will become more prolific in time management and able to achieve more goals/ tasks throughout your day.

For each of us, this list will be significantly different.

1/ Think of your obligations for that day. Do you really have to do them. ie. help that friend move house, go shopping, go to study, go to work......

2/ Think of what you would like to be doing, ie. sleeping, playing games, hanging out with family and friends, eating, drinking, shopping, reading, WA, making your website......

3/ Think of what you can do to help some body else, ie.move house, give them a lift, encourage them, love them, help mum shop......

4/ Think of ways that you can improve your tomorrow. Take positive steps to empower yourself ie. Research, study, be kind to yourself, be kind to others, clean your space, eat healthy, do some fitness, drink at least 2L of water a day, get a good nights rest, face your fears, have fun, enjoy your family and friends

5/ Now that you have thought about all of those things write your daily list. Write a list daily, do it for yourself. Set clear goals, ones that are achievable. Make sure to break your achievements down so that they are able to be reached. ie.Don't write Clean the house (if this is too big a task and is going to take all day), instead break it down - make the beds in all of the 4 bedrooms, vacuum the 4 bedrooms, do the dishes, hang the washing, wipe down all the tabletops...... This way as you achieve a task you feel an accomplishment. And knowing it was a task you set helps you to FEEL EMPOWERED!!!
