Thank you for your valuable feedback and kind words. Even though we had not thought of monetizing our YouTube channels until very recently, I think they are going to hit the ground running once we do.

Yes, Jimmy probably has about six or seven very successful YouTube channels, all of which have millions of subscribers. He just posted another video where he responds to his 10-year-old video. I may write about it later.

That's great that you can potentially monetise your videos, from what understand, YouTube AdSense is definitely a great bonus, but potentially you can earn more money, promoting products, etc, but it's definitely an added nice touch.

Funnily enough, as I said, I have seen very few Mr Beast videos, when I first heard his name, I thought with the name "Beast", it's not something I want to watch! I was really surprised when I saw who he was, I didn't expect that! However, due to the fact that I watched the video that you mentioned, the video you are referring to came up on my timeline, which is interesting.

Hey Roy,

Have you watched his video where he responds to the first video I posted? He comes from humble beginnings. Just go to his main channel when you have time and choose a video that you find interesting and then watch it. I would recommend watching maybe three of his videos to get a good idea of the type of things he makes his videos about.

His main channel is purely about entertainment, a rare type that you hardly see on movies. So, he caters to an audience hungry for exciting entertainment. Sometimes he wastes money, but it is all in the name of good fun. He also has several other businesses like chocolates and confectionary that he sells internationally. It is even availabile in some shops here by us.

He also donates a lot to charity. If you search for Team water, Teamwater, or #Teamwater on YouTube, you will see that they recently had a fundraiser where he and another guy collected about $40 million in 30 days. Over and above that, he is now a billionnaire.

I have just watched the response video, Hein, I find it absolutely incredible and amazing, how that man has had so much success, and he is still so young, fantastic! After the video finished, I was recommended another video from, Mr Beast, it was where a couple were chained together and living together for 30 days! I started to watch it, but I haven't really got time to watch things like that, but I know many people do!

The fact is, I know he puts a lot of money and effort into his videos, which is amazing. I'm sure there are many people who will sit and watch that type of video all evening, which I fully understand. It's kind of entertaining.

I really had no idea what Mr Beast's videos were about, I will go and have a look at his channel or channels, at some point. When I turned the video off, there was that kind of temptation to see how the situation ended, but I don't want to go down that line, as I have things to do, but it is fascinating. It always fascinates me how people start and grow a business, etc!

That's brilliant that he donates money to charity and do other things as well, such an amazing story!

I wonder why he chose the name Mr Beast. This is just me, but I'm fairly particular about what I click on and what I watch and read, even though I don't have a television. As I mentioned in the previous comment, with a name like Mr Beast, it's not the sort of thing that I would look at. But I wonder what was behind the name, it would stop me clicking his channel, but maybe other people were intrigued by that's on the name. I would be interested to know.

The fact is, when you see Mr Beast, he is not a beast at all!!

Haha, Roy. You are funny. I also don't really watch his videos as I also don't have the time. Once in a blue moon I may watch one or two just for the giggles and entertainment thereof.

You are a bit conservative, and that is fine. I have a few good ideas I may consider for another YouTube channel, but it is already a handful to handle the number of channels we already have. Once they all monetize, the sky is the limit. I am hoping for it to happen soon.

Yes, that is correct. We have exceeded the criteria to get monetized on our channels a long time ago. That is not the problem. It is that there aren't many options for affiliate products, but the AdSense can be done.

However, some of our niches must be changed first as they have a low Cost Per Milli at the moment. The transition to change to a different niche is a delicate process as we don't want to lose our subscribers, so we are brainstorming quite a bit.

That's good to hear, Hein. I understand where you're coming from, some niches, have a better range of affiliate products. I don't think AdSense revenue is huge, but it's something that can be built upon, as the channel grows.

This is a very difficult move, Hein, as people subscribe for a channel, for a reason, normally because they have an interest in that niche or subject. So I can see that it will be a very delicate process.
