Have you found your silver lining?

Hi WA Friends!

I've been thinking about all that is going on in the world, I suppose how could we not be?! The Corona Virus has sure made itself known all throughout the world. Some of you may have seen my post the other day about an earthquake we had in Utah, our first big quake since 1992!

There is chaos happening all around, what do we do?

We find the silver lining!

A little story: My husband is amazing at surprises and doing things he knows will make me happy. Yesterday he spent HOURS in our basement. I didn't know what he was up to, but just did my thing upstairs.

After quite awhile had passed, he came up and invited my daughter and I to come down. He had completely cleaned out and cleaned up a room I had always dreamed of setting up as a playroom- hence the picture above! That room was formerly quite a mess. I left teaching last year (to be a stay-at-home mom) and I brought so much stuff home. He moved it all around and bought our daughter a few new toys (the kitchen sink and Frozen items). She loves all of it!

But the real kicker?? He moved my desk into the room so I could work on my blog while she plays!! Who does that?! I was beside myself with excitement and gratitude! It was such a thoughtful thing to do.

What does this have to do with you?

The great thing about the ;silver lining' is that it can come in many forms! It can look very different to you and me! Some of the silver linings I've found recently that hopefully impact all of us include more time with my family- families are "forced" to be home together more, what a blessing! This is giving families time to be together and to strengthen their relationships and ties.

As we are a community working to help each other build online businesses, we may have more time to work on these businesses!

My Gratitude for WA

Thank you for all of your positive messages and support! Life has its ups and downs, but having a community there to support you is a big deal! Building a website is so much more than I thought and I am loving it! I find myself running to my computer any chance I get to work on training, research/write articiels, interact on social media in relation to my business and whatever else has captured my attention.

I hope you can take a moment an really reflect on the things that are most important to you right now.
