One build finished, another just starting.

After numerous years it's time to move on from one project and get stuck into the next.

We have finished the family home, 65 squares on an acre and a half on the Gold Coast in Australia. 5 bedrooms, study, parents retreat, 3 living areas over 5 levels with a resort style pool. It's been a great place for the kids to grow up, out of the rat race but only 10 minutes drive to the beach. It will be sad to sell but the family is almost grown up and will be doing there own thing. Thanks to family, friends and tradies involved.

Now to get stuck into my WA business. It's all a new learning curve. 1 and a bit months in it is all progressing along quite well. The support and help on WA has been fantastic and hopefully and can give back a bit of what I have received.

It's a Labour Day public holiday here in Queensland, Australia so time for a bit of R & R
