Quick Fit??
In our very busy life styles of today, time is one commodity that we do not have.Finding time to put in a decent workout, that will make you sweat, loose some weight and get you fit, is almost impossible.....Or is it. Could a fitness APP on your phone help. Now for most part, these phone apps do nothing more than spike curiosity, get you to download them and forget them within a couple of weeks ( more like 2 weeks with me ). Well, our friends from the Toronto based, Tiny Hearts, is proposing a phone app that gives you a full workout in 7MIN??? Not only is 7min very short for a workout, but it is hard not to have 7min available in your day?? Based on the New York Times-reviewed workout called "the 7 Minute Workout", the app includes high quality audio and video directions, all you need is a chair and a wall. It even comes with a weight loss tracker. I do go by the short burst of high intensity training, but never have tried anything under 10min. After trying it for a week, I now see the hype, very short 12 exercises of 30sec. The good thing is you can stop at any time or go for more. I suggest giving it a try since I lost 1.5lbs in 1week.
