Same Question.Seeking Different Answers

Someone's blog today was clickbait for me. Nonetheless, I enjoyed reading the post. The title was, Have You Chosen A Difficult Niche?

Since I think mine is difficult, I was pulled in.

The question I have asked about my niche is, Can you run out of keywords for a niche?

I got a bounty of responses. Everyone seemed to say no. I got lists of keywords for my niche. I also received suggestions to write product reviews.

My niche is elderberries.

At face value, the lists looked wonderful. But most of those keywords proved to be of little or no benefit because they just did not get much traffic.

So, alas, I think I have chosen a difficult niche.

When writing about elderberries, their benefits do not change from post to post. The forms of supplements they come in never change. The product reviews… Quite frankly, I have run out of them.

I even told people how to make elderberry juice, elderberry syrup, and gummies. This was really big of me because, quite frankly, I don’t want them to make these supplements. I want them to purchase them.

So. Heavy sigh. I do believe that soon I will run out of new things to write about elderberries. Maybe this means a new niche?

Today I wrote a blog entitled Elderberry Tea Health Benefits. I also have one entitled, Elderberry Tea Bags, What's In It For Me? and Is It Okay To Drink Elderberry Tea Everyday? And finally, Is Elderberry Tea Good For You?

I have done pretty much the same thing with Elderberry juice and gummies.

So. If I am doing something wrong with the keywords or if there is anything at all that you can help with...except giving me keywords that don't get traffic, I will dance at your wedding. On the table, no less! Swing from the chandeliers in celebration!
