Re-boot, re-group, get back in the saddle.
I think with that title I have covered several generations. I'm showing my age with the last one!
Ever get side-tracked? Of course we all have. There are moments in life when we just get side-tracked. There are many reasons for getting off track. Life may have gotten overwhelming, hectic or any other number of reasons. So now what?
Re-boot, re-group or get back in the saddle.
Know that if you gotten side-tracked for a few days or even a few weeks, you can get going again. Don't let the fact that you missed a few days deter you from getting going again.
Don't let the feeelings of failure and frustration stop you from getting moving on what was your dream.
Remember why you started the process to start with. Take a look at the original dream you had. Let that same motivation that caused you to start, be the motivation that gets you going again.
Be willing to review several steps that you have taken to remind yourself where you were at the moment you got side-tracked. This will help you remember where you were and help you get moving again.
Maybe even ask someone to help hold you accountable. It is always nice to have someone ask, "how is it going?" They don't have to be mean, but rather a great friend who will help you get motivated again.
Remember, YOU CAN DO THIS!!!
Side-tracked--that's ok, it doesn't mean the end.
