Hi there,
As I am starting, I was wondering if i needed a business license (I am in Washington State) and how does it work with taxes? when i get paid, do taxes get taken
It's completely dependent on jurisdiction. I simply waited until I was earning $1,000+ per month regularly and then hired an accountancy service to deal with the paperwork. :) Rich.
ya i thought about that too. I just need to find an accountant ;)

I just used one of the major "small business" accountancy services, the initial consultation was free and then they charged me c. $200 for basic services, which was a bargain seeing as they saved me 10x that. :) Rich.

I was curious of this as well. Not quite understanding how internet earnings are to handle this. I know brick and mortar you do.
