I have read this before. I wrote in response to Kyle’s Post yesterday, the Why and How.
Many are going through the motions, just doing and not knowing why?
I stopped working 5 years ago, very scary but I see life very differently. I notice so much more about people I think and more importantly more about myself.
Money money money obsession. It does have benefits, some believe it is Power?
Worst, my believe it is happiness?

Agree with you! You are blessed to have done it 5 years ago! This means you have "survived" and managed to readjust your life.
I quit my job at the beginning of this year. I am still scared, to be honest! I have three small kids and will rely very much on the WA project to transform my life.
But I don't regret at all, believe this is the right path for me.
You are very brave but if you believe it is right for you, then you are probably right!
I had a small stroke 5 years ago, it prompted my decision. I can go back to work tomorrow and earn $10 to 15k per month but did I learn to manage the stressful situations that caused the stroke 5 years ago. I’m not sure I want to prove it to myself.
There are some very miserable people in jobs these days. I feel after 5 years away these people may just be the same? Is $15k per month worth having to pussyfoot around someone else’s tantrums - not at the moment no!
In the last 5 years, I have lived a truly enjoyable life, rebuilt a house, trained to be an English teacher, walk 5000 km’s Per year, live in some of the most beautiful climates in the world, walk the most beautiful beaches in the world daily.
I had acupuncture 4 years ago in Vietnam. I met a guy from Switzerland who experienced a massive stroke, even lost his eye sight for a while, his body was mangled. We went to the same doctor.
This man was so successful, he was an architect, business owner, the stressful life nearly finished his life. He was a millionaire but now has paralysed body. I have been so lucky!
I try and live my life as full as I can everyday!
Let us be the inspiration for each other in the WA community.
Anton, you want WA to work for you, I believe it will!!
Let us all hang in and not crumble at our first month!

As for those people who earn a lot of money (even millions), without being healthy and/or happy - I still cannot understand this.
I prefer to eat a piece of bread today, but be healthy and happy, rather than dying slowly in my fancy job and house.
United we are stronger.
I think the fact that you believe you are on the right path, is amazing in itself!
