I hope that will be possible, Because we can build many website one for promoting WA and the other are our personal business. Of course you cannot put your link with WA.
Hi guys
I have an existing blog socialevolutionsim.com since i am a premium member here at WA, I am paying for hosting at another hosting place for this blog.
Does
Whether or not to cancel hosting is up to you. It looks like there's no content on your domain though. If there's no content, then moving the website is not an issue.
From comments below, it sounds like there's maybe some kind of content to be moved. WA will help you move ONE website for free. All you have to do is contact hosting support and they'll do it for you.
The advantage of hosting with WA is that you Wordpress optimized hosting, and can use services here like the commenting system, and feedback system.
Here's more details on the hosting here: Websites at WA Even More Powerful and Secure than Ever!
Well the hosting I have at the moment - I've had problems with. the site socialevolutionsim.com is up and running blog. It is not now, cause the hosting had a problem, this is the 2nd time they've done this to me.
Hence the reason I am looking to move. I am quite keen to have the site moved here to WA asap.
Thanks for the info Nathaniell
Yeah, if your current hosting is a bummer, move it to WA. They'll be able to move it over for you as long as you have the login info they request.
Hey Harin, I like Craig (Labman) couldn't bring up your site. Is it just a parked domain at the moment? If so you need to point your DNS to
WA. There is lots of different training on this for lots of different web hosts.
thanks Darwyn
Where exactly is the training for this?
One question - in comparison to other major hosting companies like bluehost, godaddy etc, where does WA hosting stand?
Rg
Harin
In terms of statistics regarding WA's hosting rank I'm afraid I can't help there. The fact that the hosting is part of your Premium membership I think it should be utelised. I have several domains hosted here at WA and have only had to put a support ticket in once which was handled within minutes. As for the training, depending on your host if you type into the top search bar at the top where it should say, Need help Harin? Try typing in something like:
Pointing DNS from Godaddy to WA. Or Namecheap to WA etc.
Hope this helps.
Cheers

I checked your link and didn't see socialevolutionism.com. First question I would have would be is a. It can be problematic to move the site from a non-WordPress to a WordPress site.
If it is in fact a WordPress site, you will want to back it up. Then change your hosting from where you are now to your WA hosting. You will need to install a new site using the site Rubix platform and install a theme, then restore your old content to the new site.
Hi
it is a WP site. can it be done like you transfer from one hosting to another. when you say "restore your old content to the new site." does that mean I'll have to do it page by page?
Isn't the case where by I can take the whole file and transfer it?
Rg
harin
Yes, when you do a backup, it save all the content in a file.
I use WP clone to make sure that the backup contains everything from the old site.

Looking at all the banners, which ones seem to have the higher conversion rate? The placement of these banners is very important.
Thx
Harin
Are you talking about WA banners? I haven't tested this, but it would maybe be worth testing. Personally, I don't use banners because they convert pretty low for me in general. You can also create your own with this training: Create A Custom Logo or Banner With Gimp
Hi Nathaniell
yes I am referring to the WA banners. Because if you are going to use them on a site. then I feel it makes sense to know which ones work best.
I am going to check Gimp. I have it on my computer. But I find there is a lot to learn.
Thanks Nathaniell

Which banner works best may vary based on audience, so you may have to do some testing to see what your audience responds to. For example, some people have MLM traffic, some people have visitors looking to make money with free surveys, and other people focus on the niche marketing crowd.
Hi Eric
Yes, I am referring to the WA banners. Do you have any that are your favourite.

The banner I see used the most, Harin, is the 350x350 Free starter membership one. I think it is the first 350x350 on your banner page. I am using this but the site it is on is too new to tell you how it works.
I am also using the money on the toilet paper roll one on another site but the site is not geared to WA, it's a niche site, an has not had any hots yet.
ROCK ON!
