How do affiliate programs view WA?

I was looking through some programs to join and there was of course a section to fill in about the homepage, experience etc. and I came to think about WA.
Is it a benefit/disadvantage to explain that I am currently being "educated" through WA or do the suppliers not really care about this part? There are a lot of shady programs out there regarding what we do and the effort companies do to separate one from another is unknown to me.
