How long would you say is the average time that it takes to start generating an income in Wealthy Affiliate?
Yes I do not think knowing an average will help much, as others have stated...It really depends on so many factors, that one set of paramters does not fit all.
Each has their own approach, path and goals here. Although WA provides the guidance or general direction, everyone does as much or as little as they feel is right...
I think most effective is that you decide where you want to be in earnings at a certain point, determine how you will get there, then start doing all the things that will help you achieve that goal (and stay away from or sepnd less time on distractions)...
The average time others take to make money is not as important as the time it takes YOU to make some money! I wish you all the luck here and am sure YOUR path will lead you to where you want to go!

My suspicion is that the average time is not meaningful. Reason: The variation around the average is wide. Some people, like white3322 below, begin earning quickly. Others can take months. Better to focus on making quality sites and reading about and emulating others' successes. Recently Ambassador Nathaniell wrote a blog that you may find very interesting. I did: Quiet Results Are Happening!
im in my third week of WA and ive earned a few bucks with my adsense. they don't pay out till you break 100 though. Ive also just made my first sale and it was 3 items. one i was promoting and they bought two other things while they were there.
I am just starting to see evidence of money but its early. If you want it put the time in and watch all the videos as Michelle04 put it, there's alot of variables. Keep at it! feel free to ask for help if you get stuck.
That question has a lot of variation for answers. It depends on your niche and how much work you've put into your site. There are a lot of variables here. Sometimes people see a commission within the third month, while others take longer. It takes time to build a business combined with hard work and patience. :)

If my country can only send payments thru PayPal but does not have ability to receive payments, should I stil continue on join the WA Bootcamp to get commissions
If your country cannot receive Paypal payments, you can message Kyle about this. However, keep in mind that there are thousands of other affiliate programs you can join that pay via direct deposit, check, or other methods. It may be better to go through the regular course and choose your own niche.
But talk to Kyle first.
Ok thanks so much for your kind advise nathaniell! I was thinking of that too, I mean if I really can't receive payments thru PayPal, I'll just skip the Bootcamp trainings & just try out other affiliate programs but with WA as my platform
Yeah, you can learn how to build your website and host your website here in Wealthy Affiliate, but you do not have to promote them. IT's up to you!

If you are signed in as a free member, then becoming premium won't be a problem.
To receive commissions/earnings at WA you need paypal, which works in Brunei https://www.paypal.com/webapps/mpp/country-worldwide
Other companies will vary, (some do bank transfers or checks), but most have paypal as an option, so you will be fine.

only about 3 months,i am working on affiliate bootcamp.Kyle is very responsive and will usually reply pretty quick.
I think WA is really good,for newbies like us with zero experience,help is really important and there are plenty of useful training we can learn from.

have been brain storming to find the right niches, haven't decided on one yet although I have several in mind.. nathanielle one of the ambassadors helped me a lot and gave lots tips.. thanks so much jon..
