So I'm starting to feel a bit of a writers block on my first website. I put up 13 posts in under 2 weeks so I think I need to take a small break from the site to recover and gather new material. That brings me to the second website. I thought it might be a good idea to start a second site with an all together different niche.

My thought process on this anyway is that I won't burn myself out on one topic as I will be able to bounce back and forth with them, writing something completely different each time. I am very happy with what I have constructed so far in my first website and am all amped up about building out the second site.

My second site is based around home product and service reviews so it will be nearly impossible to run out of things to write about. This is good because I have set a strict goal for myself on this site of composing at least 2500 words per day. Any how, I hope everyone has an awesome WA day. Keep up the writing and good luck to you all.

That's great that you wrote that much so fast, but perhaps taking a break may be better than working on your second site. I would instead recommend that you wait on your second site until you have made the first one a success. That way you won't be repeating any mistakes when creating the second one (sorry, but I've been doing this so long, I can guarantee that there are some things you will want to do differently on your second one). Just a thought, but I'm speaking from both professional and personal experience.

That seems like a great idea to me

Hello Hammer11B,

Wow, now that is what I call dedication. It takes a lot of that to write 13 articles in about 2 weeks.

May offer you some personal tips?

- In terms of product reviews, I always use Amazon to gauge the popularity of as well as quality of a product. It helps me write product reviews that are more than likely going to help someone. The reason why I write product reviews is because the amount of products you can find are endless.

- I also try to use my comments as a referance. When a visitor ask me a question, I can use that question and address it by writing an entirely new article.

- Outsourcing can also provide you with more information as well.

I hope that helped with the writers block. I've followed those 3 methods and have so far successfully written 107 articles over 3 and a half months.

Other than that, please keep us up to date with your second website. I wish you great success and keep up the good work(:

Kind Regards,
Eric

Thanks Eric,

Your advice is solid and I will try your methods. You have certainly been dedicated yourself. 107 articles, that is awesome.

Thanks bro(:

It's been a heck of a marathon, but I'm just planting seeds (content) and waiting to harvest one day.
