I hate to be a fun spoiler but of course you are showing first on all three ,I don't think there are many who are named Hamish and have a website about the Paleo diet.
It would be a whole different case if you would rank first on all three if it would be with a more "neutral" keyword.
Example: you have a website about bicycles , and your ranking keyword would be "cleaning bicycle parts" and your post shows up as first on the search engines.

Thanks for being a spoiler but actually if you go and look at that page yourself you will see there are more than you would imagine much to my surprise so I am not sure why I get in front of the others particularly when one of them actually has Hamish in their URL. In any case if it brings traffic then its still a wee victory as far as I am concerned but thanks Luc appreciate the educative comment🧐
I admit , it is still a wee victory, did the test and to my surprise saw that quite a few "Hamish" have a website about Paleo, Funny fact ,one of the websites about Paleo has his dog called "Hamish" and got ranked on the first page that way.
So in short; my congratulations to you :-)
