Whether it's a cooking class, dance lessons, or hiking, stepping into new experiences can gradually expand your comfort zone. Start with small steps.
Set achievable goals. Break down your larger goals into smaller manageable tasks.
By accomplishing these smaller steps, you'll gain confidence and momentum to tackle bigger challenges.
