The “slug” is the URL-friendly version of the name. It is usually all lowercase ?

You can go to Categories under Posts tab, WordPress sites back office and edit the slugs according to your named categories.
Lower case is cool.

So then you can assign posts to their respective categories so when visitors click on the category then can see all posts related.

Yes, but if you don't fill it in it will automatically populate.
If you let it automatically populate, then just take note of what the populated slug URL is.

hi i want to know wher do i paste the links to products im promoting from amazon i just recently finished my site
Hi - a website is never finished! You need to add lots of original written content on a regular basis to attract Google's attention.
In the standard view you may click the plus to add something or the three dots and choose to remove a block from the drop down block editor menu
Search for custom or edit HTML (see images)
