Is there a way for me to post my about me page from my website to my business facebook page?

Well, what you could do is to create a group on FB and take the url from you About Me webpage into a post on this FB group and make it a permanent post, which will then always be on top.
To your general FB, private or business, it is at this point not possible. Although as a link you can post it of course as any other post, but you won't see it all the time.

On FB you can create any kind of group interests.
You can have your group closed, or public.
and yes, when you want your Network members to know about your group, you can post the link of this group, even here to your Network.

lol how do you condense blogs on your site by using the words " continue reading"? I look at my site and my blogs are just running together?
Hmmmm you might be able to change that in your theme settings (appearance > customize (or theme options if you have it) but some themes are just like that and won't allow you to change it... Look for "posts excerpt" in your theme settings

thank you for your answer folks but that was really not a good question to ask and i might have completely got the wrong idea of what i was suppose to do Following lesson 9 of affiliate boot camp I was to ask a question and link it to my web site which i did successfully but the question i asked was not a very smart one
It's no problem, but I should point out that you don't have to do everything that the lessons tell you to do, they kind of just do that to keep people who get distracted easily on track. I personally stopped even clicking the task completion boxes because I was understanding the information fine without writing a whole blog about it or what have you.

what exactly are you trying to do? questions with greater detail are easier to help with. perhaps posting some links and examples to show people might get a quicker response.
if you have an old page that you want to either turn into a post or perhaps its targeting a similar keyword used on another post, you can always do a 301 redirect.
What do you mean by combine pages? Do you mean how do you combine the content of two separate blogs into one? Or how to combine the content of two pages on one blog into one page?
The former would be difficult, and I don't know how to do it. For the latter, just copy and pasting would work.
