Where am I today?
I have made it to the end of the 2nd course of training. In my mind that in particular isn't a big deal. That is until I step back and look at the bigger picture. I am just this average guy that really hasn't done much with the internet opportunity over the years. I pretty much grew up with the opportunity staring me in the face, and tried a couple of things but it didn't work out.
It seemed so technical, I first got into computers when it was DOS for an operating system and that made sense to me, but then windows came and it certainly made things better but it also made it more technical, at least for me. So the thought of creating a website for anything more than just a casual interest sounded impossible.
After finishing this second course I now have a viable website up and running, and I am rapidly learning how to not just get it noticed by Google, but get my pages (my thoughts/advice/etc) on page 1 of search results that people all over the world will view. That would be my first goal then, one of MY pages on page 1. I have one on page 3 as of yesterday. Doesn't that sound good? My page, my work. :) Btw so far my site does not have any commercial potential (affiliate links and advertisements), I am still just working on getting rankings and then traffic.
Yesterday was exactly one month that I have been at WA. I went premium after about 3 weeks. I wanted very much to be sure I wasn't wasting my money! Time, I generally have, money not so much. I know everyone's journey here will be different but I wanted to share the timing I have experienced for others to see. If I had to guess, I would say I have spent something just over a 100 hours to get to here, and I am a complete novice.
My next goal once I get one of my pages on page one of my target keywords, is to get that first sale. I do believe that is achievable for my 3 month goal. Once that happens that will open my doors. Once I really see it. I will be so on this!!
That ties into my 6 month goal. At least one more website up and running. I already have the bones for it. And then I want to get all the way thru Affiliate Bootcamp. I will want to share this with everyone. I see real financial freedom here today, and if it continues the way I see it today, I cant wait to bring others in.

well that puts you a step ahead of me, I haven't made anything yet. ;) but I am enjoying myself and learning lots, and I really do think with some work and patience and maybe even a different niche, I am pretty sure I can make this work at some point.
