Google traffic died all of a sudden?
Hey everyone,
So as i posted before I started u sing StumbleUpon and it is giving me great traffic... however im not showing any google traffic anymore...
Here is 2 days ago before i started using Stumbleupon for real, 114 visits with 25% google.
Here is yesterdays stats...
119 visits with only <1% google but over 60% from stumbleupon...
Here is todays stats....
101 visits with absolutely no google traffic but over 70% from stumbleupon
If my traffic from 2 days ago kept true then I should have some good traffic from google also. Anyone know what may have happend here, I mean the traffic is still great for day 13...but just want to know what happened with google.

I'm not sure what the reason is. But i think you should wait a couple of days and see how it goes. Personally i tried stumbleupon a few months back. And i will not recommend it to someone because it affects your bounce rate alot. It did alot damage to my bounce rate. The key is to keep your bounce rate as low as possible. This tells google that people are staying on your site and reading your content.
True, my bounce rate it pretty bad today, but It has been averaging 50-60% since i launched the website.
Im not sure if that is good or bad for a site that is 14 days old or not.
