Ahhhhh!!! Ok. Overwhelm is settlling in. How do you stay focused when your email box is full? There are lots of notifications and I don't know where to focus. Am I missing relevant training?
I physically feel nerves. I am loosing time because I can't focus. I know this is probably par for the course. I started my website and now I have doubts. I don't know where I am going with this. I don't want to quit. That is not an option. What is making me nervous right now is my procrastination. It's like I have a block and I don't know what to do.
Has anyone else experienced this? What did you do to stay focused? How much time have you devoted and how do you stay on top of all the emails and notifications.
I see so many people who are successful in this business and I want to be one of them but I feel myself getting lost.
