I'm having lots of trouble with my email address being blocked by my contacts since setting up my custom domain and forwarding it to an outlook.com address. Its being blocked b
I haven't experienced this. Can you perhaps cut & paste the actual error message you're getting? And you can't receive email there either? What is the email address in question?
This is the actual message i recieved when I tried to email my contact. My email is greg@gpaccounting.ca and contacts email is darcy@blelectric.ca. I've also had others not be able to send to my email. It just blocks the email from coming through.

Well, it appears to me (and I could very well be wrong) that the mail relay at WA hosting has been blacklisted by whoever runs the blelectric.com mail servers. I would start a support ticket within SiteRubix on this issue and cut/paste this entire message for them to dissect.
