My first blog post after becoming a premium member

Ok here we go.... my first blog post here at WA.

At this time it is only 9 days to go till Christmas and although it can be an expensive and stressful time I feel positive,especially about being at the birth of a new business here at Wealthy Affiliate. I really feel the need to work within the community and I am tired of going it alone,which has been the case for years. I have made various amounts of money in the past but nothing to speak of really.

Now as times seem to be harder for so many the idea of being successful online is ever more appealing. With that said the competition to do just that has intensified,with lots of folk heading in the same direction. Many are going to become victims of unscrupulous get rich quick schemes and others will just not do enough to make it happen.

On top of that Google and others have tightened up on the rules and unless we keep up then we will flounder,but many are doing well here now and I love to think that they are prepared to help others succeed.

I have always believed ,like Kyle the co founder here at WA that great successes are possible in online marketing, but it always amazes me how negative others can be about it. Especially family and friends.We all need the right encouragement to thrive and sadly that is often lacking in others.

So here we are almost into a new year again and I am ready to take up the challenge. My goals are set for the journey and I am on my way.
