So today I am focusing on my goals in my online business niche area of my life. These goals I would like to achieve before January 2015. It will be tough but am keen to get cracking.

WA Goals

Why are these factors important? In my mind the number of followers you have is a representation of the quality of help and content you give. That is why you see the best people with the highest follower number. Referrals is slightly different as it shows how well your Blog posts entice people to Wealthy Affiliate. This is important as at the end of the day if you are to make a living or supplement your income from this, your site needs to convert sales. Finally training or blog posts withing WA. This factor indicates how much I am giving back, quantity rather than quality but that ties in with the number of followers.

Ranking on WA

Why are these factors important? The ranking to me indicates how much I am giving back (not that dissimilar to the trainings indicator), however these indicators measure both quantity and quality.

Blog Goals

Why are these factors important? These factors indicate how well my blog is doing in terms of quality of content produced and ranking in google. As time increases the number of blog posts will increase. I expect as my ranking increases to find I have a higher number of sessions, users and page views. However the most important factor to me is bounce rate as that represents how interesting the landing page of my blog is or if they have looked at a particular article, how interesting that article as and how it inspires the user to look further into my site.
