embed video and open comments on pages
So, I embed someones u tube video on my site today and it was so easy. I got lucky cause it didn't show a person just a tutorial on something i was writing about.
I was able to properly put it in the text coding side and uncheck the videos advertising so it did not follow the video to my site. I am very happy about it :D
The embed code must go on text side of the post in coding part. I was able to do a 1000 word post and I am moving along well and have set up an account with iconfinder,com through pay pal and the icons are free to $2 and paying is easier.
I found all png types that work great with word-press and windows 8. My privacy page is cute even though I not got it indexed but if someone look at it they will laugh or smile.
I correctly added category and tags to my post today. I found a tutorial on WA and successfully got my comments turned on using the quick edit link on each page.
I have my outline figured out for one of my main pages and partly written. I have ask for a quick review on my last post and waiting for a responses.
I am so sleepy most days, I wake up with my fingers still in typing mode on laptop lol
I am going to sleep now for 15 hrs lol Good nite everyone :)

share- embed- uncheck first box- copy embed code- put on coded side of edit pg on your site(text tab)- use the enter button on lap top to make yourself a clean non used area ( do not erase anything in that area) move stuff above and below where you want code- paste code there- update- go to site through google to check it there - it may long wrong on word press so go to site through goggle search :)
If something goes horribly wrong no worries just go to edit page of article and hit your browse button and pick last browse session to reload the last edit before you screwed it up and then try again.

yeah and to think two weeks ago i cried cause i could not for the life of me figure out how to open my laptop because the emblem upside down so it look right when you open it lol :)
I cant yet i to new on WA but i learned it from a tutorial on WA. See my comment below or above for how to do it, it real easy :)
you just find the video you want on utube. ( find one not in same niche, like my niche is paleo foods but other people make homemade mayo thats not paleo lol)
Hit share, embed, and uncheck first check mark on the boxes that show up,
Copy the embed url code and put on your previously selected spot on the edit page (see two tabs on edit page and pick right tab) of coded side of your edit page of article and be sure to leave room above and below the other stuff in your article so it looks right.
It was nerve racking to mess around that side but just don't erase anything and just hit enter button to move stuff up and down out of way clearing a spot to put the code you copied by pasting it there, just read the stuff around it until you see what you want above the embed code and below it then paste it and it will be fine and update.
Be sure to visit your actual site by google to see it there. It may not show up on edit page or visit page in WordPress but will still be there on your site through google.
PS -When you uncheck that first box in utube you are making sure their other videos are not attached and because its on utube then everyone can embed from there. Hope this helps -Tammy

Just remember to hit the embed button and then see more and uncheck the first check mark so their other videos and commercials dont follow you.
Sometimes they dont have commercials so there is no check marks but hit see more to make sure. I pick the lowest timed video too and not from my niche or a guru site from my niche lol
