Computer got slow

So, I noticed my computer was slow on going from article to article etc..
I started researching to figure out what to do and after reading several articles on it and maybe even watching video lol I can not keep up with all the info, I did find something to help.
The WP cleanup optimizer cleanup lite edition plug in. After I get all my drafts and revisions done and I PUBLISH the article page/post I go into my installed plug ins and activate the WP cleanup optimizer plug in and I erase the drafts, revisions, dashboard transient feeds and the remove transient options.
The main reason for this plug in is to clean up your site of unwanted extra stuff before you back up your files or site; therefore, not lose everything if your site crashes. After i use the plug in I deactivate it untill next time but it cleans up the whole site.
