You say new site it's definitely your sites SSL most forget to turn this on including me.

Hi what would be a good way to get a personal email address for my websites. if there are any free options that would be great too
You can integrate your name into your URL. I'd keep personal e mail separate than business though Sonja!
You can set up as many email accounts as you want Sonja. Her is the link. https://my.wealthyaffiliate.com/websites/email

If you host your site here you get an email. Not sure what you mean by personal if you mean grace@yourdomain.com then you can do that here.

I suggest creating a hosting support ticket here:
https://my.wealthyaffiliate.com/websites/support
You can also find this within the SiteRubix menu under the "SiteSupport"(to the left). This is where you should go if you ever have loading issues with your website, email issues, plugin/theme issues, or if you accidentally do something that adversely impacts your website.
This support is 24/7 and upon submitting your ticket we will look into it right away Sonja!
PS. Nobody is stealing your details, this simply sounds like your website is on HTTPS and you may have a plugin or a widget that is on http. This is not all that uncommon and you should not be too alarmed by this.
At the very least pause and let the site mellow and jell while looking for solutions Sonja. For this kind of problem we have an amazing site support team. Here's hoping you can get them to do a quick turnaround with any future problems!

I am struggling to get a .xyz extension to work on the website domain function - are they not supported?
Thank you - I will try connecting them again. I have read an article that extensions are not what determine ranking and .xyz is as good a generic extension as .com. Just much cheaper. The article had real life examples of sites with .xyz extensions that where first in their niche within a couple of months. If your .com name is taken - this looks like a viable alternative.
Your welcome :) To be honest I do recommend a .com .org or .net as I do believe they are going to be better for ranking purposes. But that's just my opinion I guess and it's totally up to you.
The only reason I used an xyz is just because I needed FTP access for a test site, which you don't get with .siterubix.com domains. And since it's just a developer site, I don't need/ want it to rank.

Just curious, why do you want a domain name extension like that? Why not just .com or .org?
You can't buy these domains here, but they are absolutely supported within the hosting. I recently bought a .xyz to use here which is how I know.
